Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Instant Reservations

For instant reservations made via CIPTAXI Transfer, you have the right to cancel up to 15 minutes before the service begins. Cancellations within this timeframe are completely free of charge and fully refunded.

For cancellations made with less than 15 minutes remaining, the reservation fee is non-refundable and the full service amount is collected.

2. Future-Dated Reservations

Cancellations for reservations scheduled for a future date and time must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made earlier than 2 hours.

For cancellations applied within less than 2 hours, 50% of the reservation fee is deducted, and the remaining amount is refunded to the customer. This 50% deduction covers operational preparation costs.

3. Refund Process and Repayments

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund process begins automatically and is completed within a maximum of 7 business days. For credit card payments, the time it takes for your bank to reflect the refund in your account may vary.

4. Modification Requests and Conditions

Our customers can modify their reservations free of charge according to their needs within the respective cancellation periods. Date/time modifications depend on vehicle and driver availability; if a new reservation is created, it will be subject to the policy again.

5. Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)

Special considerations are made for reservations canceled due to unforeseeable or emergency situations such as natural disasters, serious accidents, or other force majeure. Our priority is to minimize grievances and offer flexible solutions (e.g., postponement or an alternative vehicle).

6. Limitations and Approvals

CIPTAXI cannot be held liable for damages that may arise from violations outside the specified cancellation times (No-Show). Additionally, no refunds are provided for cancellations contrary to the rules stated in the policy. By using our services, you accept these terms.
