Terms of Use
General conditions detailing the rules, rights, and obligations regarding the use of CIPTAXI Transfer services.
1. Scope of Service
The CIPTAXI Transfer App provides mediation for VIP transportation and airport transfer services across Turkey. You can make reservations and plan trips. However, it does not guarantee that services will always be accessible everywhere.
2. User Obligations
Users undertake to use the services in accordance with the law, providing accurate information, and without violating the rights of others. They agree not to abuse the platforms or engage in fraudulent attempts.
3. Reservation and Cancellation Terms
For instant reservations, cancellations can be made free of charge within 15 minutes. Future-dated reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours prior; a 50% deduction applies for late cancellations, with no refunds beyond this period.
4. Pricing and Payment
Payments are processed securely with high encryption. If payment fails, the reservation is considered invalid. Corrections can be requested in case of any delays or errors.
5. Limitations of Liability
CIPTAXI Transfer cannot be held liable for technical glitches and service interruptions. Users agree that direct or indirect damages will not be covered by CIPTAXI.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is not shared with 3rd parties. Details are explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Modification of Terms and Jurisdiction
Terms may be modified at any time. In case of dispute, the Laws of the Republic of Turkey and Istanbul Courts have jurisdiction.
8. Driver Commissions and Payments
The system deducts a 10% commission from all payments. For cash payments, the balance belongs to the driver; for credit card transactions, the deducted amount is paid between the 1st and 5th of each month.
9. Driver Obligations and U-ETDS Notifications
Drivers are obliged to ensure passenger safety as per the Highway Transport Regulations. It is the responsibility of D2 certificate holders to promptly report trip, driver, and passenger details to the Ministry's U-ETDS system. Drivers accepting a request cannot redirect the job.
