Terms of Service and Conditions
The distance selling and service agreement applicable when using our luxury transportation and VIP transfer services.
1. Parties and Subject
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is made between all users ("User") utilizing the VIP transportation and transfer services brokered by CIPTAXI Transfer and CIPTAXI Transfer.
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions regarding the use of services provided via the CIPTAXI Transfer application and/or website. Services offered by CIPTAXI include VIP transportation, airport transfers, and special events.
CIPTAXI Transfer undertakes to provide the services under this agreement safely, with high quality, and in a user-oriented manner. The User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
2. Scope of Services and Terms of Use
CIPTAXI Transfer provides premium quality VIP transportation services to its users. These services are carried out with Mercedes S-Class, E-Class, Maybach, Vito-Class, and Sprinter-Class vehicles.
The user is obliged to provide complete information about the type of service requested, pickup and drop-off points, journey duration, and special requests.
Disruptions may occur due to force majeure (weather conditions, traffic congestion, etc.). CIPTAXI Transfer is obliged to inform the user as soon as possible.
3. User Registration and Account Security
To benefit from CIPTAXI Transfer services, the information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Privacy conditions are strictly adhered to for account security.
4. Reservation, Cancellation, and Modification Conditions
An information SMS is sent for reservations made through the system once verified. Instant reservations can be canceled free of charge within 15 minutes.
Future-dated reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours prior for the user, and 6 hours prior for the driver. A 50% fee may be applied for late cancellations.
5. Pricing and Invoice Conditions
Service fees are clearly stated during reservation and collected via secure payment methods (SSL encrypted). Invoices are delivered electronically.
6. User Obligations
Our users are obliged to comply with VIP transportation standards. In case of incorrect or incomplete information, CIPTAXI reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service.
